Phoebe Shilling

I've been a personal trainer for the last 5 years, helping numerous clients on their health and fitness journey. I'm a qualified personal trainer, boxercise instructor and exercise referral instructor for clients whose medical conditions are helped by a personalised training programme.  When I'm not working I love skiing, and walking my crazy dog Lexi!

Laura Davies

As a newly qualified Personal Trainer I have a clear passion for fitness and well being. I am highly motivated and work hard within cardio, weights and weightbearing exercises. I enjoy running, cycling and swimming and have currently completed marathons, half marathons, a cross country ultra marathon and climbed the 3 peaks challenge within 24 hours. To relax I adore spending time with my children and husband of 14 years. My aim is to help others who want to introduce fitness into their lifestyle and get results.

Kelly Richards

Keeping myself fit and healthy has always been important to me and that's why i decided to become a personal trainer. It's really rewarding to help people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. I particularly enjoy lifting weights, core strengthening and Pilates type exercise. In my spare time i'm always busy doing activities with my children to keep them leading a healthy active lifestyle.
