*Ten sessions for the price of nine special offer - payment for all 9 sessions must be made at the time of booking. Once purchased, your sessions are non-refundable and non transferable.

​*All Personal Training packs are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made.

​*We understand sometimes things come up last minute but we do require a 12 hour notice of any cancellations.​ Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the session fee. 

 

​*All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

​

*If you are late to your session it cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

​*Results may vary from customer to customer and are based on individual circumstances. Time-frames for results are not guaranteed and dedication is always required.
